Can browse but cannot ping
Hi,
I'm unable to use ping, traceout or synchronize to the NTP servers, but both internet and the LAN are accessible.

I already checked
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/icmp_echo_ignore_all
and it returned 0, so the icmp packets seem to be allowed.

Did you guys put a firewall in v3_1.12? mess with the routing?

How do I get ping to work??

RE: Can browse but cannot ping
Hi,

there is no firewall activated that blocks outgoing traffic and ping should work fine.
I use this version everyday and never faced such a problem?
Have you tried to use "sudo ping" ?
