How to Use/Enable openvpn?

With the most current release, how do I enable openvpn? Any help? |

The easiest way to configure OpenVPN client is to use --config and specify the location of the client config file:

I tried the command openvpn --version and it says openvpn is an unrecognizable command. I tried sudo apt-get install openvpn and it says the latest version is already installed. edit: it specifically says bash: openvpn: command not found any help? |
