automount usb key write protected
Hello,
i just try to plug an usb key, the system mount it but i can't write on it ... how can i enable the write permission? thanks ![]() |

This is a know issue, will be solved in RPiTC2 final release.
You have to modify the usbmount conf and assign the right uid and gid to mountoptions |

there is a conf file for usbmount: /etc/usbmount/usbmount.conf
you have to modify this file by editing the line MOUNTOPTIONS="sync,noexec,nodev,noatime,nodiratime" with: MOUNTOPTIONS="sync,noexec,nodev,noatime,nodiratime,uid=1000,gid=1000" |
