Pi 3 work with HDMI to VGA dongle?
Hi all,
I do not have hdmi monitor, so planning to get dongle for vga monitor. But the dongle state it need a driver to work, and provide only Windows driver. The VGA box however, is plug and play. Anyone using the dongle? Tks. |

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007SM...UTF8&psc=1 I force mine to use the HDMI connection at 1280x1024 60Hz resolution. #### nano /boot/config.txt #### ## Change Video Resolution for HDMI to VGA ## # uncomment if hdmi display is not detected and composite is being output hdmi_force_hotplug=1 # uncomment to force a specific HDMI mode (this will force VGA) hdmi_group=2 hdmi_mode=35 Hope this can help you.
