RE: RPi-TC ARMv6j Release 5 available!
For those wanting to use rpi-update try this:
Using sudo: wget https://raw.github.com/Hexxeh/rpi-update...rpi-update -O /usr/bin/rpi-update chmod +x /usr/bin/rpi-update apt-get install git apt-get install curl (if it's not installed that is) apt-get install binutils (might ask for this) rpi-update I just tested this an went from firmware version 3.10.19 to 3.12.19. Do this at your own risk...I only rebooted my rpitc and it came back...I haven't tested any apps yet on this new firmware. But from what I've read, getting bleeding edge firmware updates from rpi-update might not be a good idea. A more stable version of a newer firmware should be delivered in apt-get update && apt-get upgrade (read this post for more details if you like: http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewto...2&p=506654). Hope this helps! |

RE: RPi-TC ARMv6j Release 5 available!
Hi is there a chance the Image RAR is wrong?
The image doesnt work with several tests. The two leds, green and red are light constant at the power connect and that's it. |
